Work-Study is a need-based form of Financial Aid that you earn through on or off-campus employment and receive in the form of a paycheck. The intent of the Work-Study Program is to encourage part-time employment and reduce the amount of loan debt incurred while attending college.

To be considered for the Work Study program, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and submit any supporting documentation within the deadline period. Once the UCLA Financial Aid Office receives your FAFSA info, your application is evaluated and a financial aid package is determined.
