The HAPO study was a large multinational prospective study that included 25505 women in the third trimester of gestation 11.The participants underwent a two-hour OGTT with 75 g of glucose between 24 and 32 weeks of gestation and their glycemic levels were investigated in relation to predefined adverse pregnancy outcomes.
